After the paint has been stripped, we treat the wood, where wood is the material of the restoration project, with a natural oil layer, which causes the wood to glow with its richest colours. The proprietary paint stripping process we apply ensures that your fixtures are brought back to you better than new.
Warped wood after a bad paint strip is usually very difficult to repair, so you're best off not taking any chances. There's no reason to risk your irreplaceable antique furniture, doors and window frames with anyone else. An advantage older fixtures have is that they don't get the modern kiln drying, which can shorten the lifespan of the wood considerably, so it's usually a good idea to make the effort to restore them properly.
